Due to extremely high demand and staff shortages caused by the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic it is taking our Customer Services a lot longer to answer your calls, emails and messages. Please be patient and bear with us as we are doing our utmost and hope to resume normal service soon.

Over the past 17 years since we formed Castle Hot Tubs, many of you have become not only our customers but a community of friends. The traumatic events caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic have affected all our lives and our hearts reach out to those among you who have suffered loss.
As a business we have been working hard to create an environment that is safe for our colleagues and customers and that complies with best practice and government guidelines. This has included re-purposing work areas and creating individual packing areas to allow our staff total social distancing. Where possible staff have been re-assigned to work from home. We have worked hard to secure supply lines of products.
We apologise that during this time we have had to close our website and showrooms. We appreciate that this may have caused disappointment and inconvenience. If you have any concerns that the water quality of your hot tub / swimming pool has deteriorated during this time due to a lack of sanitiser / water care products, please contact our water care experts for advice. As we expect to be very busy, sending an email to [email protected] would be the best way to contact us with any initial concerns you may have.
Our website and showrooms are now re-opened for business and we will continue to try our hardest to provide the friendly & efficient service that you expect.

Following the recent decisions made by the UK Government to place the country into lock-down, we have taken the decision to close all our showrooms. To start with we continued shipping online orders for chemicals and accessories but due to limited stock supply from our suppliers and increased demand for products we have decided that Tuesday 14th April will be our last day of dispatching any orders until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you will return as a customer once everything settles down again. If you are Local to our Hayscastle store and need any chemicals, please contact us by email or facebook messenger and we will arrange to deliver to you.
